To protect appointment availability, respect the time of our team, and ensure clarity for all clients, we’ve outlined our cancellation policies below. Gym Membership

To maintain clear communication and ensure each request is handled correctly, all gym membership cancellations must be made verbally - either in person at reception or over the phone with a member of our team.

• We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media.

• There is no minimum notice period required - you are free to cancel at any time.

• Please note that we do not issue refunds for unused time once a payment has been processed. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• If you cancel and choose to return in the future, we’ll always do our best to welcome you back.

For any questions or to cancel your membership, please speak to a member of our team directly at reception or call us during staffed hours.

Clinic Treatment

• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

• This policy applies to all treatments, including but not limited to sports therapy, rehabilitation, massage, and specialist services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, short-notice cancellations create gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill, directly affecting our team’s ability to serve others in need of care.
