Choose two sessions you can commit to and lock them in via the app. Momentum beats motivation.

2) Add 2 simple gym sessions

Ask a coach for a repeatable plan you can run twice this week. Keep it simple.

3) Recover at least once

Use the recovery room once during the week. Better recovery improves training quality and reduces flare-ups.

If your goal is consistency, confidence, or fat loss, classes do the heavy lifting. If your goal is pain relief, start gently and build from there with guidance.
