Measured. Not guessed.
Every shot tells a story. Foresight GC3 technology captures the numbers behind it, giving you immediate feedback that is clear, useful and measurable.
Understand how far the ball carries, how it launches, how much it spins and why it curves. Whether you are building a reliable yardage map, working on consistency or competing with friends, better information makes every session more valuable.
High-speed cameras capture the golf ball at impact and measure the launch of every shot.
See carry distance, ball speed, launch angle and spin immediately after every swing.
Build your yardages, work on consistency, play virtual courses or challenge your friends.

How do I book the Golf Lab?
Golf Lab bookings are managed through Glofox. Body Mechanics members can book through BM Portal, while non-members can create a free account and book online. Sign in before booking so Glofox can apply the correct member or non-member rate automatically.
Does every participant need a BM Portal account?
Yes. Everyone taking part must have their own free Body Mechanics account and accept our terms, conditions and participant waiver before using the Golf Lab. This applies even when one person has made the booking for the whole group. A gym membership is not required.
Do I need to be a Body Mechanics member?
No. The Golf Lab is open to everyone. Active Body Mechanics members receive our preferred rate of £25 per hour, while non-members can book for £35 per hour.
Is the price per person?
No. The price covers private use of the Golf Lab for the booked hour. You are booking the entire studio rather than paying an individual fee for each golfer.
Can a member bring non-member friends?
Yes. When an active Body Mechanics member makes the booking, they can bring non-member friends and retain the £25 member booking rate. Every participant must still have their own account and complete the required documents before taking part.
Do I need to bring my own clubs and golf balls?
Yes. Golf clubs and balls are not provided, so please bring your own equipment. Golf balls must be clean and undamaged to help protect the impact screen. Dirty, heavily marked, cut or scuffed golf balls must not be used.
Is the Golf Lab suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You do not need a handicap or previous simulator experience. The Golf Lab provides a private, relaxed environment in which to learn, practice and enjoy golf without pressure.
Can experienced golfers use it for serious practice?
Yes. The Foresight GC3 provides detailed shot information including carry distance, ball speed, launch and spin data. Golfers can use this information to understand their performance, map their distances and practice with greater purpose.
Can we play full virtual rounds?
Yes. The Golf Lab uses FSX Play and our Foresight Euro course package for virtual course play, alongside practice and challenge modes.
What footwear should I wear?
Please wear clean, suitable footwear. Dirty outdoor shoes and metal golf spikes must not be worn inside the Golf Lab. This helps protect the hitting surface and maintain the premium studio environment.
Where is the Golf Lab located?
